We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our FMCG division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production or sales targets while managing a team of staff effectively. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations within the assigned area (e.g., production line, warehouse, or sales territory).
Ensure products are produced/distributed/sold in a timely manner, adhering to company quality and safety standards.
Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching, and feedback as needed.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, performance metrics, and inventory records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in line with FMCG standards.
Manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor attendance of team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Address customer complaints or issues and escalate them when necessary.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality control.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
3+ years of supervisory experience in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain, production processes, or retail/sales operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in FMCG.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
