Assign task and Responsibilities to team member.
*Provide guidance, support and motivation to staff.
*Monitor and evaluate employees performance.
*Manage team schedules, attendance and time-off request.
*Train new employee on job duties and company policies.
*Identify training needs and help improve employee competencies.
*Set performance goals and monitor progress.
*Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
*Maintain quality control and ensure work meets standards.
*Handle resource allocation (equipment, materials. etc.)
*Act as a link between workers and management.
*Communicate company updates, policies or changes.
*Hold regular meeting with team members.
*Resolve workplace conflicts or employee issues.
*Handle customer complaint or operational problem
*Make decisions to address unexpected issues.
*Prepare reports on team performance productivity or issues.
*Manage basic administrative tasks like time keeping or inventory.
*Report serious problem or concerns to upper management.
