The Villa In-Charge / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of a private residence in Emirates Hills, ensuring the smooth functioning of household activities and family support. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule household staff including three nannies, two drivers, and a private chef
• Conduct staff performance reviews and address any concerns promptly
• Manage daily routines such as meals, school drop-offs, activities, and childcare
• Oversee villa cleanliness, maintenance, and household organization
• Manage household inventory, groceries, and supplies in coordination with the chef for meal planning
• Act as the family's primary point of contact for requests, schedules, and event arrangements
• Anticipate family needs and ensure smooth execution of activities and travel plans
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children in cooperation with the nannies
• Coordinate driver schedules, leave management, and replacements as needed

Ideal Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in household or villa management (experience with European families preferred)
• Background in childcare and family support is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility for irregular hours
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
• Willingness to travel with the family when required
