Catering Supervisor - Female Arabic speaker
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise catering events from start to finish.
Lead, train, and coordinate catering staff to ensure service excellence.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction during events.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of menu items.
Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of catering events.
Manage inventory, requisitions, and control of catering supplies and equipment.
Prepare staffing schedules and assign duties according to event requirements.
Maintain clear communication with clients to understand and meet their needs.
Handle client requests, concerns, and last-minute changes efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and reporting for each catering event.
Support cost control by minimizing waste and monitoring usage of resources.
Conduct regular inspections of catering areas to maintain quality and safety standards.
Foster teamwork and motivate staff to maintain high morale and productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Female candidate -
fluent in Arabic
(spoken & written).
Minimum
4 years of experience
in catering operations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage staff effectively and handle multiple events simultaneously.
