What You'll Do

• Lead a team of structural engineers and BIM modelers across multiple infrastructure design phases
• Manage discipline schedules and coordinate deliverables with the Design Manager or Director
• Mentor team members, ensuring continuous technical growth and process alignment
• Oversee interdisciplinary coordination to deliver well-integrated designs
• Represent Parsons in client meetings, delivering progress updates and technical briefings
• Review final designs for quality assurance and compliance with project standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 18 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in structural analysis software: Midas Civil, CSi Bridge, SAP2000, ETABS
• Deep understanding of international codes such as AASHTO and Eurocode
• Proven expertise in bridge, tunnel, and underpass design, including complex multi-level structures
• Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles and parameter interpretation
