Land Surveyor - Roads, Bridges, and Infrastructure Projects Dubai
Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to support its infrastructure development projects across Dubai. This role involves on-site surveying for roads, bridges, and public utilities, ensuring accuracy in setting-out works and compliance with safety and municipal standards.

What You'll Do

• Conduct land and topographic field surveys, including geodetic calculations and layout work
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to validate project survey requirements
• Perform setting-out and elevation checks for roadways, bridges, and utilities
• Maintain accurate site records including field books, sketches, measurements, and calculations
• Use CAD, survey software, total stations, GPS, and data collectors for precise data acquisition
• Ensure protection of existing service lines and monitor service locations on site
• Prepare and assist with as-built drawings and documentation
• Follow safety protocols and support project HSE requirements on site
• Assist the Resident Engineer with technical inputs, survey progress tracking, and quality control
• Contribute to timely project delivery by completing tasks within designated budgets and schedules

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects
• Hands-on experience using survey equipment such as total stations and GPS
• Proficient in CAD and surveying software with working knowledge of site execution standards
• Dubai Municipality Surveyor Approval is mandatory
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
