Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Oversee daily operations, motivate, and manage staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience, resolve complaints, and implement customer feedback. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize inventory turnover. Sales and Revenue: Develop strategies to increase sales, monitor sales performance, and analyze sales data. Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage store maintenance. Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance. Staff Development: Train, develop, and evaluate staff to improve performance and achieve business objectives. Marketing and Promotions: Implement marketing campaigns, manage promotions, and participate in local events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
