We're looking for a

Studio & Branch Leader

to guide and support our Abu Dhabi team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, leading with empathy, and ensuring every family's experience in our studio is truly special.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support a team of 6-10 women in a collaborative environment. Oversee daily studio operations and maintain a smooth client experience. Welcome and guide families through their booking and photography sessions. Manage bookings, phone inquiries, and inventory. Share feedback, insights, and improvement ideas with management.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading a team in hospitality, retail, or client-focused environments. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A hands-on, positive attitude with a focus on people and details. A genuine passion for service, leadership, and creating memorable experiences.
