Job Summary

We are seeking a Female Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Pilates studio for ladies only. The role involves managing class schedules, instructors, client relations, and administrative systems to ensure smooth and efficient studio performance. The ideal candidate has experience in fitness or wellness environments and is highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Pilates studio, including class schedules, cleanliness, and equipment readiness. Manage booking and membership systems (e.g., Glofox) for classes, payments, and client records. Recruit, onboard, and schedule Pilates instructors; ensure class coverage and monitor performance. Handle client communication, feedback, and issue resolution in a professional manner. Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance providers for studio needs. Track and report memberships, attendance, and revenue targets. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and staff coordination. Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all studio areas. Teach 1-2 Pilates classes per day (paid additionally to salary).
Requirements

Proven experience managing a Pilates, fitness, or wellness studio. Pilates certification: Ideal to hold a comprehensive Pilates instructor certification (Mat and Reformer) from a recognized school such as STOTT PILATES, BASI, Balanced Body, or Polestar, including Pre/Post-Natal and CPR certification. Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills. Familiarity with scheduling or membership software (preferably Glofox). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with staff. Certification or background in Pilates instruction is a plus.
Work Arrangement

Flexible, results-driven role. On-site presence required for coordination and supervision; administrative tasks can be completed remotely.
Compensation

Monthly salary (based on experience). Additional hourly pay for teaching classes.
