Pilates Studio in Lusail.

The Pilates Studio Manager will oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth operations, a positive client experience, and effective management of the studio's staff and resources. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Responsibilities:



Studio Operations:



Oversee daily operations, including managing class reservations, and equipment maintenance. Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and retail products. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Manage and supervise a team of instructors and staff members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and improve the overall experience. Prepare and track studio performance reports, analyzing trends in attendance, membership, and revenue. Bring new ideas and work on bringing sales from renting spaces and workshops

Qualifications:



Proven experience in managing a fitness or wellness studio or in a management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in scheduling and bookkeeping softwares, MS Office, and general administrative tasks.
