Job Description

Perform structural analysis and design for residential fit-out projects.

Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD Pro or similar software.

Review and validate contractor and subcontractor structural work to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to ensure integrated project execution.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to resolve structural issues.

Reviewing all construction documents /site inspections/record keeping/checking shop drawings/maintaining logs/ & coordination.

Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and other local standards.

Prepare material take-offs, specifications, and structural reports for project submission.

Attend project meetings and provide guidance on structural feasibility and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in civil/Structural Engineering.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or equivalent structural design software.

Strong knowledge of building codes and standards in UAE. Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

G+1 license for structure design from Dubai municipality. G+4 would be added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

5 Years local experience

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
