Salary will be based on the experience and skills of the candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct drawing review and give approval as per the design specifications.

2. Conduct site visits and surveys actual site condition against drawings and do necessary revision as needed.

3. Oversee the implementation of design plans and make adjustments as needed.

4. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design issues.

5. Coordinate with site management, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.

6. Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.

7. Creating detailed shop drawings to ensure accurate and precise execution of design concepts.

8. Create detailed plans and specifications for interior and exterior spaces.

9. Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

10. Incorporate new ideas and technologies into design projects.

11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

12. Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.

13. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
