Job Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and manage detailed structural BIM models using Revit.
Prepare accurate drawings, 3D models, and structural documentation for concrete and structural systems.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, MEP, Civil) to ensure model integration and clash-free designs.
Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
Ensure BIM models comply with company standards, project requirements, and UAE codes/regulations.
Provide technical support to the engineering and design teams regarding structural BIM processes.
Assist in preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM workflows and standards.

Key Qualificaction:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on structural and concrete works.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Structural); knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is an advantage.
Strong understanding of structural design principles, concrete detailing, and UAE building standards.
Proven experience working on UAE projects.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
