Job Description

Structural BIM Modeler



Key Responsibilities



Develop

detailed 3D structural models

using software like

Revit, and AutoCAD

. Collaborate with

structural engineers, architects, and project managers

to ensure accuracy. Generate

2D drawings

and details from 3D models for construction documentation. Perform

clash detection

to identify and resolve conflicts between structural and other building systems. Ensure models comply with

BIM standards and project requirements

. Assist with

structural analysis and load calculations

using BIM tools. Maintain the

BIM library

by creating and updating structural components. Support

quantity take-offs and cost estimation

for structural elements.

Skills & Qualifications



Proficiency in

BIM software

(Revit, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of

structural engineering principles

. Ability to

coordinate and integrate models

with other disciplines. Experience in

clash detection and resolution

. Knowledge of

building materials and construction techniques

. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

* BIM modeler in GCC: 5 years (Required)
