Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed structural BIM models using Revit and related tools. Ensure models are clash-free, accurate, and in compliance with project and BIM standards. Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams for integrated multidisciplinary models. Provide technical input to engineers and maintain drawing/model quality. Participate in model reviews and incorporate design updates as needed. Produce construction drawings, sections, and detailed views from 3D models.

Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling. Proven experience in industrial building projects is essential. Proficiency in Revit Structure, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools. Solid understanding of structural systems and relevant building codes. Previous UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with remote teams under tight deadlines.
