Summary :- Study and evaluate the TAs patient journeys while being up to date with the latest market trends and thoroughly understand the market landscape including the competition, initiating and leading strategic projects in alignment with the brand teams, while focusing on managing, planning, and tracking tactical and strategic projects, with an objective of achieving business transformation, cost effectiveness, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance and implementation of highly visible strategic projects, collaborating with the brand teams on delivery of patient-centric strategies, while operating within AbbVie\xe2\x80\x99s business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations, working within restraints like schedules and budgets. Reporting to the Business Unit Director , You will play a critical role in driving the success of strategic projects by effectively planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives, Support in achieving the unit business transformation, launch excellence and achieving the target division margin. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the business unit product mix, identify growth opportunities, define success criteria, and disseminate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-stakeholder discussion to strengthen insights; collaborate with Brand Team to engage critical opinion leaders from all customer groups.
  • Propose Strategic projects for BUD/Brand team review based on products lifecycle and findings from the Patient Journey, market trends and insights; challenge the status quo with the different stakeholders to ensure patient-centricity.
  • Conducting market research and/or relevant analysis metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and making recommendations for product development or improvement.
  • Developing strategic project plans, considering market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. This includes identifying project stakeholders, resources required, and establishing project budgets.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Set priorities, meanwhile collaborating with internal stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure smooth coordination and execution.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as health authorities, vendors, Key opinion leaders, \xe2\x80\xa6etc. to ensure projects success.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project, such as regulatory compliance issues, supply chain disruptions, or changes in market dynamics, and develop strategies to mitigate them. This may involve analyzing regulatory requirements, assessing potential bottlenecks, and implementing risk management plans.
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and reporting on project status to the BUD.
  • Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, allocating resources appropriately ensuring cost-effectiveness by implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements to identify potential strategic opportunities for the specialty unit.
  • Support in achieving the unit business transformation, launch excellence and achieving the target division margin.

Preferred Requirements :-
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, and educated to degree level, or equivalent (higher degrees or marketing qualifications preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within the Pharma industry with at least 3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Marketing experience, ideally a diverse blend of healthcare, managing brands in different lifecycles while product Launching experience preferred.
  • Successful track record in delivering business outcomes and being collaborative, innovative, analytical, meanwhile building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of leading and working with the cross functional team, with an effective working relationship with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Regional, above affiliate experience is preferred.
  • Understands the market, the full range of customer and stakeholder needs as well as issues related to the therapy areas.
  • Understanding of the healthcare environment and evolving landscape.
  • Understanding of Channel mix techniques, financial processes & business acumen.
  • Competition, customer base, reimbursement, and market access processes/issues.
  • Experienced in Pharmaceutical industry business, policies, and procedures.
