- Lead and develop AVD business in the assigned region with full PNL responsibility to achieve financial commitments
- Managing AVD existing distributor to ensure AVD leadership in such markets
- Shape external environment by partnering with MOH, KOL groups, societies in key countries to confirm AVD identity
- Ability to Lead 25M$ sales revenue across the region and successfully achieve financial goals top and bottom
- Education: Bachelor's degree (pref medical/ science background)
- Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: 7 + years of relevant experience in the region
- Other qualifications/certifications: Medical devices experience is a must, (preferably vascular segment)
