Manage and monitor all school inventory and stock levels.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Issue materials to departments as per approved requests.
Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and support the procurement team.
Ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of materials.
Prepare stock reports and assist during audits.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a school environment (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
