We are looking for an experienced
Storekeeper
to manage material inventory and store operations for our Interior Fit-Out / Joinery projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling fit-out and joinery materials and strong knowledge of inventory control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials related to fit-out and joinery works
Maintain proper storage of materials such as plywood, MDF, hardware, fittings, tools, and finishes
Issue materials as per approved Material Requisition Notes (MRN)
Maintain accurate stock records (manual and system-based)
Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project teams
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform procurement for re-ordering
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper material labeling
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Handle material returns and damaged goods properly
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Storekeeper in
Interior Fit-Out or Joinery Company
Strong knowledge of fit-out and joinery materials
Experience in ERP or inventory management systems
Good organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
Knowledge of Dubai construction site practices
Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of material coding and FIFO method
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
Familiarity with UAE HSE standards
