to manage and oversee material storage and inventory control for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in high-rise building construction and a strong understanding of site materials management.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and tools according to delivery notes and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requests.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Ensure that materials are stored in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers regarding material requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Requirements:
Must be
based in the UAE
and available for immediate joining.
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Storekeeper in the
construction industry
(preferably in high-rise or large-scale projects).
Good knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Proficiency in using inventory management software or MS Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with safety procedures and material handling practices.
