Store Supervisor - Fashion Retail Operations Dubai - Retail
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Store Supervisor for a leading fashion retail outlet in Dubai under the Apparel Group. This role is focused on driving store performance, team supervision, and delivering excellent customer experiences in line with brand and operational standards. The ideal candidate will be fashion-forward, hands-on in daily store operations, and motivated by sales targets and customer engagement.

Core Duties
Sales Performance & Customer Focus

• Brief team daily on sales goals and conversion strategies
• Encourage upselling and promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase repeat purchases
• Ensure staff consistently deliver outstanding customer service in line with brand standards

Store Operations & Standards

• Oversee end-to-end store operations including stock handling, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs
• Maintain optimum stock levels and monitor visual merchandising standards at all times
• Supervise store security, asset protection, and loss prevention practices

Team Management

• Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and product knowledge
• Prepare staff rosters, manage leaves, and resolve any grievances professionally
• Provide performance feedback and coordinate with Area Manager on staffing needs

Stock & Reporting

• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize stock losses through proper handling
• Maintain accurate stockroom records and manage replenishments to support sales
• Share market and staff performance feedback with Operations team

Presentation & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure windows and in-store displays are aligned with brand guidelines
• Educate team members about seasonal trends, new collections, and visual standards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory role
• Strong product knowledge in fashion retail and a good eye for trends
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and organizational skills
• Physically fit and capable of standing or moving for extended hours
• Able to lift/move stock as required and work flexible hours during sales
