Department Supervisor - Fashion Retail Sales - Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product guidance across all store departments
• Support the Store or Department Manager with day-to-day operations, including acting as Duty Manager when needed
• Assist with POS system training, transaction accuracy, and resolving customer concerns at checkout
• Monitor product displays, stock receipt, and merchandising compliance with brand standards
• Train and guide sales staff on corporate image, visual standards, and customer engagement practices
• Ensure price tagging, signage, and compliance with store procedures to minimize loss and improve experience
• Participate in events like inventory counts and new store openings as needed

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally with team leadership or shift supervision
• Strong understanding of fashion retail operations and merchandising
• Excellent communication skills and customer engagement mindset
• Ability to lift items, stand for long shifts, and manage point-of-sale issues
• Familiarity with in-store promotions, pricing protocols, and retail standards
