Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate store manager specializing in home goods and decor, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and achieving profitability. you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This role requires strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills, as well as operational and financial management capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES : ( ONLY HOME RETAIL)

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Manage, train, and motivate the store team to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing discrepancies. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR, logistics) to support store initiatives and growth. Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a store manager or sales manager in a retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficient in MS Office and retail management software. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
