About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Store Officer

to manage and oversee the inventory and operations of our store. The ideal candidate will ensure that the store functions efficiently by maintaining stock levels, ensuring accurate records, and supporting procurement and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and stock control. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely stock replenishment. Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity to ensure accuracy. Organize and store items in an orderly manner to facilitate easy retrieval. Monitor stock levels and prepare reports on inventory status. Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards in the store area. Identify and report discrepancies in inventory to the management. Support operational and administrative tasks related to store management. Assist in periodic audits of inventory and stock.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Store Officer or in a similar role. Knowledge of inventory management systems and storekeeping processes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using MS Office and inventory software. Ability to lift and manage physical stock items if required. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.

UAE experience preferred.
