Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales, operations, and people development for one of its flagship fashion outlets in Dubai. This role is accountable for driving growth, ensuring profitability, elevating customer satisfaction, and maintaining high merchandising and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail expertise, and a proven ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

Core Duties
People Development & HR

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing associates and managers to strengthen succession planning.
• Lead by example on selling, merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to review performance and communicate business priorities.

Customer Experience & Sales

• Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring and coaching the team on service standards.
• Maintain visibility on the sales floor to support customers and team members.
• Implement merchandising directives, promotions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Sales & Profitability

• Achieve or exceed sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and control expenses.

Operational Excellence

• Protect company assets by ensuring compliance with loss prevention procedures.
• Manage stock control, inbound and outbound movements, returns, and exchanges.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures across all store functions.

Candidate Requirements

• High school education or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• At least 2 years of Store Manager experience with proven results in sales growth and team development.
• Strong understanding of retail, fashion trends, and brand positioning.
• Good business English (written and spoken) and strong numeracy skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, SAP, and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for long shifts.
• Customer service focus with strong leadership and organizational skills.
