Job Overview
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the complete in-store experience - from sales and operations to staff development and visual merchandising. This position is ideal for a results-oriented leader with a passion for fashion retail, customer engagement, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Focus

• Drive sales by briefing the team on daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor and support staff to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Stay updated on fashion trends and ensure team members possess strong product knowledge
• Promote Club Apparel loyalty program to encourage repeat sales and maximize engagement

Store Operations & Compliance

• Implement and uphold all brand and operational procedures
• Manage end-to-end store operations including opening, closing, stockroom, rosters, and audits
• Supervise daily administration, address discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and loss prevention policies

Staff Management & Development

• Oversee staff scheduling, leave management, and handle team grievances
• Mentor, train, and provide regular feedback to boost morale and productivity
• Collaborate with Area and Operations Managers to identify high-performing talent and address performance gaps

Visual Merchandising & Inventory

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations
• Ensure stock levels are optimized for sales performance and minimal shrinkage
• Conduct weekly inventory audits and manage in-store replenishment processes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fashion or lifestyle retail store management role
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team motivation skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with long hours on the floor and stockroom handling
• Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer behavior
• Well-groomed and professional with excellent verbal communication skills
• Flexible with shift timings and committed to delivering business targets
