Role Summary
The Store Manager supports and partners with the business to achieve sales targets, manage daily store operations, and develop store teams to maximize performance and profitability. The role ensures that brand standards, company policies, and customer service expectations are consistently met while deputizing for senior leadership when required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead store teams in delivering excellent customer service standards aligned with brand and company guidelines.
Drive the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive sales leadership and business improvement initiatives.
Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner, escalating complex issues when required.
Plan, implement, and monitor sales promotions and brand activities to maximize store performance.
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, floor coverage, and operational continuity in the absence of senior management.
Maintain compliance with company policies and operational guidelines to minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and operational risk.
Coordinate with Excellence and Compliance teams to prepare, conduct, and close stock counts in line with company policy.
Develop, coach, and motivate team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused retail culture.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma or High School Certificate required.
Qualification in a retail-related field is an advantage.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in retail operations, including supervisory or store management exposure.
Strong command of English with effective communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive sales, and manage store operations.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
