Role Summary
The Store Manager - Lifestyle Retail Operations supports the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store activities, achieving sales targets, and developing high-performing retail teams. The role ensures strong operational compliance, effective execution of promotions, and consistent delivery of Majid Al Futtaim's customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service in line with brand CX standards, individual customer needs, and current retail trends.
Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, and taking initiative to improve store results.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
Manage and implement sales promotions and brand activities, ensuring clear communication with support teams to maximize sales impact.
Ensure smooth daily store operations during the absence of the Store Manager, addressing operational challenges efficiently.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to minimize stock loss and operational risks.
Coordinate with the Excellence and Compliance team to prepare and execute stock counts in line with company policy.
Support team development, motivation, and performance management to build a strong, customer-focused retail workforce.
Candidate Requirements
High School Certificate or Diploma.
Qualification in a retail-related field is an added advantage.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably within lifestyle or fashion retail.
Excellent to fluent English communication skills.
Strong team player with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.
