Store Manager - Fashion Retail Operations
Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales for one of its major fashion brands. This role focuses on delivering a high-performing retail environment by maximizing profitability, mentoring team members, and upholding operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee store performance, meeting sales, profitability, and shrinkage targets
• Lead, train, and develop staff to enhance customer experience and product knowledge
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and in-store presentation
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery and team supervision
• Conduct daily briefings and weekly meetings to communicate store performance and targets
• Monitor stock levels, in-store stock movements, returns, and replenishment
• Manage compliance with loss prevention, health and safety, and company policies
• Review performance reports and implement strategic initiatives to improve results

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:

• High school diploma required; further education preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team and drive profitability
• Background in fashion retail or branded retail environment is highly desirable

Skills:

• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Working knowledge of SAP systems is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to handle physical demands, including standing for extended hours
