Job Description

Position Title:

Store Keeper / Store Supervisor / Store Officer

Job Profile & Experience:



3-5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a

fabrication company

and/or

steel stockist

environment. In-depth knowledge of handling

structural steel

and

steel fabrication materials

. Strong understanding of

material receipt and issue procedures

, as well as

inventory management systems

. Familiarity with various international steel standards such as

BS, JIS, and European steel sections and plates

. Experience in managing

offcut and leftover materials

.

Education & Qualifications:



Must be a

graduate

.

Computer literacy

is essential. Prior experience working in an

ERP environment

is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee

daily receipt and issue

of materials, ensuring accurate records of structural materials and store items. Prepare

monthly material statements

and

material reconciliation reports

. Generate

monthly stock statements

with proper valuation. Handle and reconcile

client materials

efficiently. Monitor

dispatch of materials

to various project sites. Manage store inventory documentation such as

Indent, MRN, Issue Note

, and perform relevant data entries. Take full ownership of

store inventory control and management

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
