Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related field)
1-2 years of hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication
Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and steel structures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of fabrication standards and quality control is a plus
