To efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of catering supplies, raw materials, and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory control, food safety, and timely support to catering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect deliveries of raw materials, food items, beverages, and packaging.
Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items as per food safety standards.
Maintain updated stock records and inventory systems (inward/outward).
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and report variances.
Issue materials to kitchen/operations against authorized requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and alert procurement for timely replenishment.
Maintain hygiene, organization, and safety standards in store and cold rooms.
Prevent wastage, damage, and pilferage of stored items.
Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
