To manage, control, and organize all store activities for catering operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely issuance, and compliance with food safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies.
Ensure accurate storage and proper labeling of all items.
Maintain updated stock records and conduct daily/weekly stock counts.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
2. Stock Control & Issuance
Issue materials to kitchen and production teams as per approved requisitions.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and critical items.
3. Documentation & System Updates
Record all receipts, issues, and stock movements in the inventory system.
Prepare GRNs, stock transfer notes, and consumption reports.
Support monthly inventory audits.
4. Food Safety & Hygiene
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items as per HACCP standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Report damaged or expired items immediately.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and finance for material planning.
Communicate shortages or overstock issues to the supervisor/manager.
Assist in forecast planning for catering events and production requirements.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience as Store Keeper in Catering or F&B.
Basic knowledge of HACCP and food handling procedures.
Strong inventory management and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory software.
Physically fit and able to handle store operational demands.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
