Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Structural Site Engineer

to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and controlling all

structural construction activities on-site

, ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all structural works on site (concrete, steel reinforcement, formwork, and structural elements). Ensure reinforcement works are executed as per approved structural drawings. Verify formwork, shuttering, and casting activities in compliance with specifications. Supervise concrete pouring and ensure compliance with approved mix designs and quality standards. Review and follow up on soil investigation reports and concrete test results. Inspect and approve foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and all structural components. Review BOQs and verify structural quantities on-site. Identify and resolve structural execution issues in coordination with consultants and contractors. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure all structural activities meet project safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

(Mandatory).

8 to 14 years of proven experience

as a Structural Site Engineer. Strong experience in

site supervision of structural works

(RC & structural steel). Solid knowledge of construction standards and codes. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with consultants and contractors.
