Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage structural works on-site to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor work progress and prepare site reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
5-10 years
of proven experience in structural site supervision and execution.
Strong knowledge of structural construction methods and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
