Job Summary

KEA Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced

Landscape Site Engineer

with strong expertise in

swimming pool construction

,

landscaping

, irrigation, and hardscape works. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of relevant authority procedures, technical execution, and site coordination for

high-quality landscape projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise execution of landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, and swimming pool works at site. Coordinate with MEP, waterproofing, and civil teams for landscape works on various levels, including slab surfaces. Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority standards. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government entities to manage approvals and inspections. Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and assist in procurement planning. Handle NOC submissions and follow-ups with authorities like

Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA, and DEWA

. Monitor site progress, quality control, and ensure timely completion of works. Maintain technical documentation, daily reports, and coordination records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum

5-7 years of UAE experience

in landscaping and swimming pool works. Familiar with

authority regulations

and NOC processes. Experience working with structural slab areas (e.g., above basement or podium structures). Strong technical understanding of irrigation systems, waterproofing, and finishing works. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office and general project reporting.

Valid UAE Driving License

is mandatory.

Dubai Municipality or Trakhees certifications are a plus.
