Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Steel Foreman
to join our contracting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising steel work activities on site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution in line with project requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate steel fixing, fabrication, and erection activities. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Allocate tasks and guide workers to ensure productivity and efficiency. Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required for steel works. Enforce health & safety compliance on site at all times. Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and project managers regarding progress and challenges.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' experience
as a Steel Foreman in the contracting/construction industry. Strong knowledge of steel works, fabrication, and installation methods. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Good leadership, communication, and team management skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
