Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate steelworkers and fabricators. Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints. Inspect work for compliance with quality and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments. Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction or fabrication. Maintain accurate records of work progress and materials used.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Steel Foreman or similar role. Strong knowledge of steel construction and fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
