We are seeking an experienced
Steel Fixer Foreman
to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in supervising steel fixing activities, managing teams, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of steel fixers and related workers. Read and interpret construction drawings and rebar schedules. Ensure proper placement, alignment, and securing of steel reinforcement. Monitor quality, safety, and productivity on site. Report progress and issues to the site engineer or project manager. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
3-4 years of
UAE experience
as a Steel Fixer Foreman. Strong knowledge of rebar installation and construction standards. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Must belocally available in the UAE
and ready to join immediately.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
