Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced
Steel Fixer Foreman
withover 10 years of proven experience
in theUAE construction industry
. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating steel fixing activities on construction sites, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage steel fixer teams on-site. Plan, coordinate, and allocate daily work tasks to team members. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used efficiently. Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely task completion. Train and guide junior steel fixers to maintain high standards of work.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of steel fixing experience
in the UAE construction industry, withat least 5-10 years in a foreman role
. In-depth knowledge of construction drawings, reinforcement detailing, and BBS. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage manpower, plan work sequences, and meet deadlines. Familiar with local safety and labor regulations. Immediate joiners preferred.Job Type: Full-time
