Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

1. Steel Fixer

Read and interpret structural drawings.

Cut, bend, and place steel reinforcement bars and mesh.

Ensure reinforcement is positioned correctly before concrete pouring.

Secure bars with binding wire, spacers, and chairs.

Follow safety standards and supervisor's instructions.

2. Carpenter

Perform formwork, shuttering, and scaffolding for concrete structures.

Measure, cut, and assemble wood/plywood to required dimensions.

Install doors, partitions, and other wood-related works as per project drawings.

Maintain carpentry tools and ensure quality finishing.

3. Mason

Carry out blockwork, plastering, tiling, and related masonry tasks.

Mix mortar, cement, and concrete as required.

Ensure walls, partitions, and surfaces are level and aligned.

Repair and maintain existing masonry works.

4. Helpers (General Labor)

Support skilled workers (steel fixers, carpenters, masons).

Load/unload and carry construction materials.

Clean tools, equipment, and maintain worksite.

Follow safety practices and supervisor's directions.

5. Steel Fixer Foreman

Supervise steel fixer team on site.

Assign daily tasks and monitor progress.

Check reinforcement placement as per drawings/specifications.

Coordinate with site engineer and ensure quality control.

Maintain manpower records and ensure safety compliance.

6. Carpenter Foreman

Supervise carpentry/shuttering team.

Allocate work and monitor quality of formwork and installations.

Read and explain technical drawings to workers.

Coordinate with site engineers and ensure timely completion.

Train workers and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience (foreman: supervisory experience required).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Physically fit, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Good communication and leadership skills (for foreman roles).
