Ensure the stand remains clean, well-organized, and visually appealing throughout operating hours.
Perform routine checks to maintain hygiene, functionality, and proper display of all materials and equipment.
Liaise with the marketing team to resolve any urgent maintenance or branding issues.
2. Promoter Training & Supervision
Train promoters on project knowledge, sales messaging, and effective customer engagement techniques.
Monitor interactions with visitors to ensure professional conduct and compliance with company standards.
3. Inventory & Collateral Management
Maintain sufficient stock of brochures, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with marketing for timely replenishment when required.
4. Lead Quality & Data Management
Ensure all customer leads are accurately captured and entered into the system.
Review and validate data submitted by promoters to maintain lead quality and accuracy.
5. Customer Engagement & Conversion Support
Guide promoters in effectively persuading clients to book site visits to the sales gallery.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or concerns beyond the promoter's authority.
6. Site Visit Coordination
Coordinate with drivers and administrative teams to schedule and manage client site visits.
Ensure clear communication and smooth execution of visit arrangements.
7. Operational Oversight
Oversee daily stand operations to ensure efficiency during mall working hours.
Resolve operational issues promptly or escalate them to senior management when necessary.
8. Follow-Up & Sales Coordination
Ensure timely follow-ups are conducted by promoters after initial client interactions.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager to support post-meeting and conversion follow-ups.
9. Reporting & Updates
Provide daily reports to management covering footfall, lead generation, challenges, and achievements.
Track and share key performance indicators and operational metrics.
10. Team Performance & Development
Evaluate promoter performance and provide regular, constructive feedback.
Identify training needs and work to close skill gaps within the team.
