Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The Architect provides quality and timely design of Adidas LLC facilities stores and other tasks issued by the Architectural Team Manager/Senior Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the design solutions developed comply with the construction norms and regulations of the Russian Federation, safety requirements and internal design standards of Adidas LLC.
• Provides execution of all stages of preparation of design projects in accordance with the approved schedule
• Prepares Terms of Reference for related organizations.
• Interacts with related organizations. 4.5.
• Performs visits to measurements of premises, architectural supervision, acceptance of construction and assembly works, as well as for the purpose of visiting operating stores on the territory of the

. * Develops design projects in accordance with corporate requirements:

• 7 Sketch for internal approval reflecting the following:
• Location of entrance
• Location of warehouse, office, and other support spaces
• Location of fitting booths
• Location of the shoe wall
• Cash desk layout
• Sales area zoning (product by product), capacity calculations
• Layout of non-standardized marketing zones / elements
• Consistency of layout and facade
• Logo placement
• 8 Working design project based on the sketch, which includes basic drawings
• Measurement plan
• Demolition plan
• Plan of the partitions to be erected, including bill of materials and finishes
• An equipment layout plan
• Floor plan with layouts of floor coverings
• Ceiling layout with cuts
• Store facade
• Wall views and sections
• Plan with the location of power outlets, surveillance cameras
• Lighting arrangement plan (issue of tender assignment to supplier, checkout of the received project)
• Plan of busbar installations (issue of tender assignment to vendor, check the design received).
• Plan with the arrangement of audio equipment system (together with the related design organization).
• Layout of anti-theft equipment (together with the adjacent design organization).
• Approves the sketch internally in accordance with the current approval process for Final Designs.
• Performs room measurements.
• Coordinates projects with the Landlord electronically in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Ensures that the Landlord signs the paper version of the design project in accordance with the requirements of Adidas LLC.
• Provides high-quality and timely completion of the specifications for ordering retail equipment and furniture in accordance with the concept of the store / type of projected object
• Supervises the construction of projected stores.
• Performs acceptance of the construction contractor\'s work from the architectural direction, in accordance with the applicable acceptance procedure.
• Performs merchandising project in accordance with the current template within the

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in architecture
• 4 - 6 years of professional work experience
• Previous industry experience including sporting goods, fashion, FMCG
• Cross-functional experience ideally with Customer Service/ Operations/ IT/ Sales/ Finance
