Position Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growth initiatives across the UAE, based in
Dubai or Abu Dhabi
. The ideal candidate will possess a robust network of active clients, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to effectively position and sell complex business and digital transformation solutions to Business process owners and CXOs in public and private sector.
Key Responsibilities - - - - - - - -
Identify, engage, and acquire new clients in the public and private sectors across the UAE, while mining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Promote and sell the company's suite of services, including ERP, CRM, IoT, Data solutions, Smart city platforms, and e-government solutions.
Collaborate with key decision-makers, including CXOs, process owners, and IT heads, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
Own, manage and stay accountable for the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal development, negotiation, closure, post-sale handover and collections.
Develop and implement account strategies to exceed sales targets and expand the company's regional footprint.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience - - - - - - - - -
5-7 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales of IT services and digital transformation solutions in the UAE.
Existing and active client base in both public and private sector clients in the UAE.
Strong understanding of:
o Enterprise application software, Data platforms and related services
o IoT and smart city solutions
o e-Government platforms and regional regulatory environments
Experience of working with top-tier enterprise product vendors, including managing vendor relationships, driving GTM strategies, and leveraging joint sales opportunities in GCC.
Proven ability to engage, influence and sell to CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
Strong CRM knowledge and usage
Account planning and customer intimacy skills
Certifications in IT products/services
Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related fields; MBA is a plus.

Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
