We are urgently looking for

experienced Credit Card Sales Executive

for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through various sources like cold calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns. Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits of credit card offerings. Generate and follow up on leads to drive sales and meet sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

Have a deep understanding of different credit card products, including benefits, fees, rewards, and other features. Provide clear, accurate information to customers about the products to assist them in making informed decisions.

Sales Targets:

Work towards achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Track progress towards sales goals and consistently meet or surpass expectations.

Customer Retention:

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Offer solutions and services to retain existing customers, ensuring satisfaction with the credit card product.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous sales experience (especially in banking or financial products) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of credit card products, features, and financial services.
