The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets for Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans. This role involves prospecting, customer acquisition, relationship management, and providing financial solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of retail banking products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and networking.
Promote and sell
Credit Cards
,
Personal Loans
, and
Auto Loans
to customers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct product presentations and explain key features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Good knowledge of retail banking products (Credit Cards/PL/Auto Loans)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Basic understanding of credit assessment and documentation processes
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).

Requirements
Age:
20 to 35 years.
Experience:
Prior experience in banking or financial product sales (UAE or home country) preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Other:
UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
Clear credit history.
Experience in Auto Loan sales is preferable.
