Job Description

:
Support day-to-day HR operations and general administrative activities.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation in line with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
Coordinate employee visa processes including applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations through relevant authorities.
Liaise with PROs, government portals, and external service providers for visa-related formalities.
Coordinate employee health insurance enrolment, renewals, and updates with insurance providers.
Maintain accurate employee records related to visas, insurance, contracts, and personal files.
Support attendance, leave management, and payroll processing by coordinating inputs and records.
Assist in preparation and verification of payroll data in accordance with approved attendance and company policies.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, visas, and insurance.
Support disciplinary, performance management, and grievance processes as directed by management.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with internal policies.
Carry out any other HR-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
