Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, source effectiveness).
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Ensure a smooth and positive
candidate experience
throughout the process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hiring.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in
recruitment
(preferably in both tech and non-tech roles, Blue Collar and White Collar).
Strong expertise in
sourcing
and
headhunting
using LinkedIn and other platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
