ResponsibilitiesSAFETY, SECURITY & COMPLIANCE Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company's Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices and complies with the Company's Rules to Live ByPlaces Quality, Health & Safety, Security and protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers or the communities in which we live and work at riskSeeks continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & protection of the Environment, taking into account responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectationsQUALITY Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvementCOMMUNICATION Conducts regular meetings with assigned client groups, providing appropriate HR guidance and collaboration on relevant business and workforce prioritiesAnalyzes data trends and metrics to assess and/or anticipate business risks and, in partnership with HR COEs, develops and/or deploys recommended solutions, programs and applicable policiesMaintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate externalFINANCIAL Provides support with the evaluation of compensation and makes appropriate recommendations with clear links to cost control and budget constraintsCollaborates with management and HR COE partners to develop appropriate compensation strategies tied to function, geography and external market factorsPEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retentionSupports line management to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, aligning with the Employee Relations Director where appropriateConducts effective, thorough and objective investigations for assigned cases, always ensuring fairnessProvides day to day performance management advice to line management & employee alike in such areas as but not limited to, coaching, counseling, career development, grievance, and disciplinary actionsUndertakes necessary function training to enhance their skills and experience that supports their personal career developmentVISION & LEADERSHIP Demontrates leadership, ethical behaviour and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times QualificationsExperience & Education REQUIRED Minimum 7-9 years related experience with University/College PREFERRED SHRM/HRCI Certification preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities REQUIRED Functions autonomously with minimal guidance from the Corporate HR Leadership to independently meet the needs of the organisationProvides guidance and coaching on HR policies and proceduresContinuously helps to evaluate and update HR related policies, procedures and documentation such as job descriptions Conducts exit interviews, analyses data and makes recommendation to the line & HR management team for corrective actions and continuous improvementSupports change management activities and applicable Company / function transformation activities and projectsNegotiates priorities and support requirements with cross-functional teams based on business & resource needsProvides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning in conjunction with the relevant COELeads the implementation of HR projects within their assigned function(s), ensuring alignment with key business strategies.Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office toolsExperience in Employee Relations, Employment Engagement and Change ManagementConfident decision maker and have the ability to challenge managers when requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam playerAbility to communicate in English fluentlyPREFERRED HR experience within the Oil & Gas sectorAbility to communicate in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and/or Bengali fluently
