Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support MENA HR Director in organizational design, leadership HR Businesses partners, strategic projects related to talent management and development to all MENA countries.
  • Act as HR Business partner for MENA Leadership team and be their focal point on their HR related activities.
  • Lead and manage various HR and Culture related projects and initiatives, like people development, HR transformation, organization development, job evaluation, compensation and benefits.
  • Fully responsible for planning and managing product lines talent resourcing and mobility requirements such as manpower planning, hiring and transfer as well as transfers for population in scope.
  • Play a focal point in terms of handling compensation and benefits compliance, design compensative packages to retain talents and manage promotions and salary adjustment inline with company policies and PL budgets.
  • Handle HR generalist role such as contracts of employment, induction, absence management, termination of employment, compensation and benefits and medical provision.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records in an efficient and confidential manner to record personal details, sickness and absence information allowing effective information retrieval to enable the management of employees and for statistical and audit purposes.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Independently manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective thoroughly and objective investigations for assigned cases.
  • Support change management activities and applicable transformation initiatives as cascaded from global team and management.
  • Fully participate in HR initiatives and projects as directed by the Country and Region HR Managers to improve the service of the department to the unit.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information sharing with the Operations, General and HR Manager on issues within the unit.
  • Open and maintain effective communication channels with assigned management team, key stakeholders, and external providers to provide general administrative and advisory support on a day-to-day basis.
  • Facilitate the delivery of HR advice, consultation and support to key stakeholders for any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified to meet business requirements.
  • Conducts regular meetings with assigned client groups, providing appropriate HR guidance and collaboration on relevant business and workforce priorities.
  • Provide performance management and compensation guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key business partner peers and cross functional teams.
  • Collaborate with public relations Officers to facilitate onboarding/off boarding, renewal processes.
  • Thrive to improve the HR function policies and processes and continuously look for area of improvement.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCE:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline. MBA in any core HR Functions will be preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in general HR in recognized multinational organization.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a supervisory / management / project management position.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE MENA countries labor Law's and proven ability to apply to resolve complex situations.
  • Previous experience to work in a matrix organizational environment.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
  • Excellent analytical skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to facilitate effective meetings that includes senior leadership members.
  • Ability to travel to various countries in MENA
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all functions and cultures in the organization.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to produce high quality work within tight timeframes.
  • Highly responsive, flexible and has ability to change gears quickly.
  • Highly proactive attitude, self-starter and results orientated.
  • Proven ability to communicate proficiently in English with differing internal and external groups.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to use variety of programs proficiently.
  • Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
  • Maintain highest professional and integrity standards.
  • Act in compliance with all WFT policies and procedures and regulatory requirements including international, regional, local laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of HRMS different software's
